Honking does indeed change peoples minds. Unfortunately that’s why rush hour is always at a standstill, everyone’s minds are constantly being changed and they don’t know where to go/what to do!
Well, it might make them change their mind about not shooting you.
It’s easier to flip them off and pass ‘em by… or just forget everything in crash in their car
